Our Mission
The primary mission of our orthodontic practice is to provide a superior level of quality care to all persons without bias or discrimination. Our goal of complete comprehensive orthodontic care will be met by assuring that all patient concerns and needs be fully addressed. We will pay special attention to the patient's chief concerns as well as any other treatment needs deemed necessary. Our practice will also provide ethical and just guidance in accordance with the highest moral standards relative to all viable treatment options for the patient. We will customize treatment plans for each patient to best suit both their individual needs and finances. We will also optimize care by implementing an interdisciplinary approach to care by involving other healthcare providers, generalists, and dental specialists.
We will instill in our patients that they are receiving the highest quality of care. In an effort to do so we will inform our patients that we use only state-of-the-art dental equipment and the finest dental materials. All patients will be made aware of the certification and skilled training of all dental office personal. Our office will stay abreast of the most current and innovative techniques through yearly continuing education courses.
Our dental practice will effectively communicate with all patients in a clear and concise manner. We will provide all treatment needs with a caring touch. Our ultimate goal is to make every effort possible to satisfy the patient.
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we may be able to estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service to our patients, we will assist in filing claims with your insurance company. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
